WHO : is the nominative case
The relative pronouns.
Examples:simple sentence.
This is Jack . he can't eat any apple.
Complex sentence.
This Jack who can't eat any apple.
Who, is the nominative case of the relative pronoun.
That , it has the same meaning of Who. It can be used as wel.
Example :
This is Jack that can't eat any apple.
